Triple Header Railfan Photo Special
January 21st, 2006Our first ever winter steam spectacular!
Steam trains in the snow? Maybe...
We can't promise snow, but we're hoping for it!
We can promise we'll have steam trains!
Featuring our Heisler, Climax and 2-8-2T3 locomotives steamed up!
Alco 2-8-2T #17
3 Truck Heisler #91
3 Truck Climax #10
One day only! Hot steam in cold winter air. Huge plumes of smoke and steam should make for excellent photography.
We're still working out all the details for this one, but here are some of the highlights:
Photo run-bys, double and tripleheaders.
Ride behind all 3 steam locomotives*, with multiple engines on one train.
See photo freights and work trains pulled by steam.
Tour our locomotive restoration shops and storage yard.
Ride over track our regular trains do not cover.
