The Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad is always looking for people to assist with keeping the trains going! Volunteer positions include but are not limited to, Maintenance shop help, Machinist, Painting, Car Host, Conductor, Engineer, Trainman, Food Service Host and Gift Shop personnel. Be a part of the historic Mount Rainier Scenic Railroad family and fill out a volunteer form today.
- Create a "Little Engineers" club program that will meet educational program guidelines for the state for grades 4-9.
- Gift shop/Depot help
- Landscaping at Depot and Mineral Lake Picnic grounds
- Restoration shop assistance (lots of different opportunities)
- Assistance with administrative needs for "Tie" purchases
