All tickets are non refundable. You may exchange your tickets for another train within 12 months of purchase. There will be a small change fee assessed for date changes.

Discounts
When using a discount coupon, such as Entertainment Book, AAA, a hotel discount etc. You must make your reservations over the phone, the online ticketing system does not support discount coupons. Please call 888-783-2611 for reservations.
